Even got a REAL rainbow (below), have not seen one of these all year. I've easily seen over 100 color clouds or chemical rainbows (above)(call them what you will) in 1999.  This real rainbow actually touches down within the east coast's largest refinery (Exxon). A few minutes earlier there had been a full arch of a rainbow but I did not have the camera with me.
